Don't mind this one. Mostly done for an icon. Yeah, it's that shiny mew/ditto from before. Haven't drawn her in a while, so I thought I might as well.
Yeah, she's a little emotionally unstable. Water elementals tend to be that way, after all. ^^; But it can be a nuciance, especially to her. Ever feel happy while you're sad or the other way around? Laugh while crying? I'm sure more than a few of you are familiar with the feeling. Thought it'd be interesting to portay that with a few tears and a smile.
Anyway...it was just based on a few mixed feelings I felt at the time of sketching...all done in Photoshop CS3.
