I got a mental burnout because there was so much societal pressure, but I found an escape from this hellish condition in spirituality and since then, my psyche is slowly recovering. It has also been the first time I could say about myself that I could feel something like real joy of being alive, being completely free of stress for the first time in my life. It's a bit like a person that used to be colorblind and sees colors for the first time in their life because I never experienced this kind of feeling before, and it changed my way to look at life completely.

I myself don't want to be free of all stress, stress in the world allows us to adapt and control our growth. If we don't constantly react to stress, we cannot face it when it grows harshly in the future, which it will, war and fury between the same species are not ONLY in the human race, (though most prominent,) so stress is a forever active phenomena. Vent art is a very safe and leisurely way to deal with stress. Nobody can blame you for that.
It's always good news to hear about healing. The body and soul can both become injured, and when it's bad enough, either can lose it's regenerative quality. I wish you good luck on your journey. I've still got a lot of ground to cover WAY before mine. XD
