Yay, Different December is here :P So I am a Basilisk God for this year
Got some background as well developed a bit from playing a game of Crusader Kings 2 where I had a strong drunkard of Han China get called the Turbulent River Dragon so kind of enjoyed that name and developed Tibaras for this month XD

Background story:
God of The River TiBaras, A river with four streams feeding it with the god's voice being defined as deep and smooth from the calm at point where the streams unit at a deep water cavern before feeding into mile long stretches of rapids. Tibaras is also known to be a heavy drinker thanks to a festival where people pour alcohol into the river for a better fish harvest. Centuries later it was found out that the alcohol levels in the river were making the fish more sluggish down stream where a species of muscle leeches latch on to fish and cause extreme muscle hypertrophy, usually the leeches are knocked of quickly by the rapids but the sluggishness with alcohol makes the leeches able to stay on longer resulting in bigger fish.
