It seems Rose is giving Frank a deep kiss which he is enjoying it a lot (as his face is also partially in her mouth as well) before she sucked him completely into her mouth once they were done. Although I’m sure he doesn’t mind that at all as Rose is blushing slightly from said action as she knows he enjoys being inside of her maw too. |3
