This is Infinite Ranger, he is known to be an anti goranger also new ranger villain and a new enemy of Change T and Aka Ranger from Himitsu Sentai Goranger.
Infinite was created by Neo Black Cross Führer not long after he got defeated by the Gokaigers.
The glitch spark shoots out of Führer and formed an anti goranger known as Infinite Ranger, his innovation habit is to summon copies of monsters from past sentai seasons and tried to take over the entire planet. But Change T has the ability to save the planet by kicking Infinite Ranger's butt.
