Where Priscilla spent her youth,
In it she learned of magicks ,
How to see and how to sooth.
While drinking from the sacred spring,
She listened, listened good,
She heard the gods of rock and stone,
Of babbling brook and those of wood.
Her visions were disturbing though,
The future seemed deranged,
She saw there'd be a single god
When nature was estranged.
She understood her given task,
To mediate about this thing,
To bind the whole of creation
