On the Stalker account 5 years ago I made this character so theres some one else to use besides the first character. Shee was way more easier to use in RPs back them because of how open her character is compared to Stalker as well as having an ability that is low powered magic but can be bullshitted up to what's needed when paired with other OP's characters out there. Not much in her back story has changed since then so here's the original description from the old post
The stalker that is stalking the stalker named Stalker
Tomboyish in nature, she is outgoing and adventurous at times. At times she takes risks just for the fun of it but other times she doesn't due to her intuition for unseen dangers.
She follows Stalker because she secretly loves him but doesn't know how to express it well. When she get's too nervous around him, she tends to do a prank of some sort with him or embarrass Stalker by drawing attention to him. Though mostly in good fun, stalker sometimes doesn't like it.
Fileur the fox use to be an infiltrator for Guardian Unit of Nations (G.U.N.). She followed Stalker into the militia to keep close to him. She left G.U.N. soon after Stalker left to investigate why he decided to leave.
Fileur has the ability to bend and manipulate light waves to create illusions around her self and in places she can physically see. Her dominance of the light spectrum covers all but ultraviolet frequency... she has a hard time mastering that bit. She uses paper amulets as a focus point of more elaborate illusions.
Currently she is a freelance photographer known well within the tabloids networks as "The Facade of Truth". A name given to her for the undoctored yet "Real" looking pictures of anomalies. Most of these pictures are of course modified via optical illusions created with her power.
Theoretically she can generate lasers in which ever direction she feels but she hasn't bothered trying to bend light like that.
