Jinn padded along, his large frame moving fluidly. Muscles rippling under his thick fur. Not even turning his head, he called for his pupil, Shea.
''Come On Pup, we're not there yet!'' Jinn rumbled.
''I hate it when you call me pup...i'm only smaller than you.'' Shea snapped back, panting heavily.
''Running your mouth won't make your paws any faster, we've got a long way to go.'' Jinn laughed, his red eyes glancing at the smaller female.
Trotting a little bit faster to keep up with the larger wolf, Shea growled, why did he have to be so large and make the trek seem effortless? Even his paws were like dinner plates. Huge compared to her tiny wolf feet.
''So where are we going?'' Shea perked up slightly, ''We've been walking for days now.''
''I don't know, but I feel it in my heart, i'm sure you do too.'' Jinn's eyes wandered the darkening skyline.
''I feel...something...like a building excitement, an energy, wherever we are going, I bet its going to be an adventure.'' Shea chuckled, still struggling to keep up with the larger male.
''Exactly. A place where a new horizon awaits you. A new life.'' Jinn slowed a little, waiting for the smaller wolf.
''Will everyone be there, Jinn? My friends, my family, my mate and even new faces?''
''Yes. They will, Shea. Everyone will be there. The journey is uncertain and difficult, but the destination is your own choosing. Be wise, Wolf.'' Jinn said calmly, a smile cracking on his maw.
''What about you? Will you be there?'' Shea asked.
''I'm always there. Just howl, i'll be there.'' The large wolf nodded.

Based on a dream I had last night. Jinn is an entity I often see in dreams.

Jinn is like a spirit guide who only shows himself to her. He can speak through her if he wants to be known.
Basically, i've been dreaming of a wolf who named himself Jinn, he chases away night terrors along with a white wolf named Airis who is much more savage than he is. Airis is primal savagery, Jinn is a guide who helps me through visions and dreams.
