It's a technique that I've worked out over the years. Just a combinations of brushes, textures, noise and fine arts education.

Oh, my gods! I love this modern interpretation, a couple on the side of the road with little godlike power that they have to do such but enough godlike power that they can with such ease! Holy fucking shit that is adorable and it is captured so damn well!
