Duke's personality:

Duke is crazy, and he acts like it; he'll laugh at inappropriate times, talk to no one, and says things that no one understands.
He never seems to show any emotion other than an amused smirk, and he doesn't really look like he cares about anyone or anything.
He's mean, cold, and egotistical and won't show any remorse for the things he does.



Duke's backstory:

Duke is on his 13th life, not because he has lived particularly long, but because he is often killed by other rohkuh for doing things he shouldn't. He gets into fights and shows no respect to anyone other than himself.
Recently, Duke has taken to hanging out with his older cousin Bracken and his gang of scruffy-looking-rohkuh , he claims that it's because he is taking advantage of their protection, but they think that perhaps he does care what happens to them, just a little bit.
