Aro's never a bad choice for covers. =w= He's not easy to show intensity with, but his speech is clear. A reasonable trade-off in my opinion. He's also amazing with slower-paced, lower-pitched covers. At least, from what I've seen around YouTube. I might just be a bit lacking in Aro exposure to make a genuine comment about it.

Hey, I need an opinion. I'm making a Secret Santa present for someone for this upcoming Christmas and they requested a cover with their own UTAU creation. I was wondering, do you know of any good CV covers appropriate for the holidays? Already tested out a couple covers (Hirari Hirari and HOPE) but neither's quite giving me that "Here's your present, Merry Christmas!"-satisfaction.

Well... Aro has a few different voice banks, for this cover I used his normal one. This VB is good for medium/kinda low pitched songs. But... Eh. I love his voice, and it's good enough~.

I sadly don't know many for Christmas, maybe I should try to find some, so I can post them here, during the holiday~. And... Well. CV VBs are not so good to use, in my opinion, because most of time, the voice will sound choppy. Some people can use a CV VB perfectly, I just don't know yet.

Oh no, I totally get wanting to use VCV over CV. My friend and I are trying to make time to learn how to make VCV VBs. I only ask because that's the type of VB I gotta use for the cover. xD It also doesn't have to be Christmas themed. I mean, I can also go through your gallery for ideas instead of being lazy. Lol I dunno, I'll find something one way or another.

Ooooh... I understand. Well... I mostly use VCV voicebanks, and all the USTs I have are for VCV. _{I tried to use a CV VB once, but... The cover got so terrible.} But... Uh... Is the VB, which you'll use, for high, medium or lower pitched songs? I maybe can help you.

The VB I'm using has a recommended range of F3-D6. Probably better fit for mid to mid-high. And if it matters, it can sing both romaji and hiragana so language will not be an issue.

Oh! You can try to use this VB, and another one, and do a cover of the song Drop Pop Candy. It's good for high pitches~.
