"Something's different but I can't quite place it..." Is what I imagine Aliks is thinking in this picture.
I was inspired by this picture - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2554200
Since Morningstar named the blue squid Hat... well the idea basically just thought up itself.
I decided to try something different and go with a Samurai Jack type of art style that uses no outlines, except for when same color areas overlap. It's half laziness and half fun. After all it is a simple little drawing and I think the simple little coloring style works great with it.
