My third character for pokestarrangers, this one for the West Sector; if it weren't sufficiently clear at this point, I'm aiming for four characters, one for each sector. Penelope here is a bit younger than most, but hey, it's a novel age group to play for me.

Useless personal trivia: I have wanted to play a Phanpy-Morph named Penelope for years, but I've never actually had a decent character idea before now.
