My friend Paul and I were playing with my new Way Huge Russian Pickle fuzz pedal, and this is what came of it. Shoegaze heavily influenced this track.

that was really great! from the sounds of it though, you guys could use some better mics to make it sound clearer, haha

Nope! Don’t need better mics. I wanted it to sound lofi and old. The drums are midi and the guitars were DI’d. The vocals were the only tracks that were mic’d. I used a tape saturation setting in my mastering modules to give it a purposefully lofi sound.

Nope! All good. Helps me feel i nailed the sound and feel i was going for, which is the goal of every engineer/producer, right?
