Nathan has been a hydra at least twice in the RP, which is separate from the comics, canon-wise. (Though they use the same overall setting).

Do each of the heads get a personality fragment or are they all just copies of eachother?

Because Nathan only has one intelligence himself, normally being human, the way I generally portray it is that they're all the same person ultimately. They speak over each other and fade in and out during actions(think The Many from System Shock 2) but they're a single person.

Some of this is just for ease of play, since playing three unique characters at one time is EXHAUSTING.

That said I thought "Three different expressions" would be cool for art, so I ran with it.

Ah, okay, that makes sense.

By this point I imagine the people of Kaerwyn have gotten into the habit of buying very cheap clothes they won't miss much.

There's a common line bandied about between characters that if you feel yourself transforming, first thing to do is kick off your shoes, because shoes are expensive.

Looks like Nathan should have heeded that advice here.
