I found this kicking around so I thought I'd give it a try. I suppose I should explain my reasons for each:

Location: Bowser's Castle. Why? Because it's be a badass place to fight off zombies!

Last Words: "May the Force be with you.... Always"... yeah.

Sidekick: Wayne Brady. When the world is coming to an end, I can turn to Wayne Brady and he'll say something hilarious. Guaranteed.

Headgear: Propeller Cap. To fly out of tough situations.

Attire: Koopa Shell. Boosts defense, and it's stylish

Clean Undies: None!

Stronghold: Cardboard Box. Hey, it works for Solid Snake, right?

Vehicle: Unicycle. The zombies will be so amazed I can ride one they'll stop dead in their tracks and I'll get away.

Anthem: Seven Nation Army. IT ROCKS.

Inventory: XBox 360. Can't go anywhere without it.

Main Weapon: Guitar. Have you ever been hit by one?!? Mother F*****!

Secondary Weapon: Michael Jackson. Get all the zombies to do the Smooth Criminal lean and watch them fall to the floor as you laugh.

There you have it. This is what I'd do if a zombie apocalypse occurred.
