This memory wire thing could either be an adjustable choker necklace for someone with a less than 14 inch 'round neck, OR an adjustable anklet for someone with a more than 11 inch 'round ankle. 0.o I had this piece of memory wire, and because of how it holds its shape, it wouldn't have worked as a bracelet.
