It's pneumonia, and last time I checked most animals don't wear clothes (furred critters have their own coats that work quite well!). He has an umbrella, and if he does happen to get wet, I'm sure he can make like a dog and shake it off. Anyone that's tried bathing a dog knows just how effective this is, lmao.
