"Harakon was a creation of a team of scientists to attempt to make an artificial lifeform popular. Harakon's first act upon being inflated for the first time was to disrupt the centennarium of the Hallowanian Empire, in any way he felt was necessary, so he did an act that would make him go viral on the internet: Pounce the Emperor. The tazers used on Harakon by retaliation had no effect, but the crowd was interested in Harakon after he started gloating about how he self-declared the new Emperor of Halloway.
Shortly after, Harakon was invited to more events, parties, to clubs, and to big events, his cocky and self-boasting personality making him the center of attention. It went as far as Harakon becoming wealthy in a matter of months, to the point he could afford a spaceship to make himself known not just nationally, but universally. Now his boasting will be announced on a Galactic scale, though he does have time for some gentle fun with his fans."
Well, it is done, an updated Harakon reference, with my current art skill, and a helm! Hope you guys enjoy it. :)
