Daggitt hates the bath. Norbert, on the other hand, wasn't as testy as Daggitt was. LOL. Norbert's chillin'... Daggitt isn't.

Their hoods are the same colour as my first male, the accidental brood daddy, Lark. The mother of the litter was Meddle, a ginger hooded, a very rich orangy colour, and her kits were creamy gold to gold, with white spots on the bellies. Meddle's cagemate, Mischief, was a black hooded who didn't get pregnant when Lark got into their cage.
I miss them. :)
I miss them. :)
I've only ever kept one female... She was one of my fave ratties, too. Leeloo Dallas, the one eyed (She got an infection in it which caused her to loose her eye) wonder rat. :D She was a PEW (Pink eyed white). Most of my rats have been PEWs, actually. Anyway, part of the reason I haven't really kept any other females is because, on a follow up for her eye, the vet found some 'fast growing reproductive growths or tumors' as he put it. She was so small, and already they were too large to safely remove, just in the two weeks since her last visit. The vet told me to take her home and make her comfy, basically. About a month later, she passed away in her sleep. Never once did she act like she was in pain, and she never stopped eating or drinking, always was a trooper. After loosing her, I couldn't bear to go through it again, I guess.
