In Smoke's backstory he was raised in the city of Miracle where crimes and chaos raged in the streets and his family were heroes. When his parent's had a divorce his mother had a child who he work with in their hero days. One day the brother Silver was kidnapped and killed by a evil leader who would one day create the Empire and blow him to hell. But turns out he wasn't dead and became a vigilante killing people and crime lords.
