A cute little thing.
So while Exilo has been working on a new novel, he's also been routinely going back to the Terran-verse, which has characters like Xander, Eve Softpaw, etc. These two are Xander on the left and Sadie on the right. Both are ferals, which are four legged animals who, at the same time, possess sapience.
As you can see, both are wearing collars, which are required for a feral to speak "Common." Without the collar, all they can do is snarl and growl.
Xander's ears are quite a bit larger than they usually are, but Exi doesn't mind.
Its also interesting that Sadie looks a little bigger than Xander is. Kritians (the wolves) and Jomirans (the lions) are actually the same species, just different subspecies. So, even though in the present Xander is WAY bigger than Sadie is, I think growing up she was slightly larger, having gone through puberty at an earlier stage in her life.

Both of them are adorable. And though he's had it for a while, interesting choice to give Xander a green tongue to match his eyes. How are does the tongue color extend? Is it green throughout the innards? And yeah girls, at least with humans, do hit the height before boys but boys tend to keep growing for a longer period of time than girls and get taller.
All the innards of the characters are their signature color. You can see it in a few previous pictures, such as Albert having a blue penis and Sadie having a dark red anus.
I like the thought of in their early life, Sadie could pin and overpower Xander given her greater size. One summer, he went away to camp and came back built like a tank.
