Backstory

Terabyte essentially a simplistic computer program come to life. He originated as a program that culled data exceeding a certain threshold so that a computer system wouldn't become too bloated. Through unspecified means, he has come into this world and now his coding is natural instinct. Terabyte perceives everything in the natural world as having exceeded the allotted space so he has a urge to eat everything, albeit manifested subconsciously (he does NOT go around saying "you have exceeded your allotted space, I am going to eat you").

By default, Tera is the height of a regular human, but he can change his size because of the plasticity that comes with being a program first and organism second. Because of his digital heritage, Terabyte can fast travel between locations by stepping into computers (usually by squeezing through a monitor because that looks cool to draw). He can also hang out inside digital space and munch on data.

Personality

Terabyte is intelligent, but usually he comes across as aloof and naive because he is new to our universe. He has a fundamental lack of regard for the sanctity of life because of his instincts and will often eat people and animals that he befriends (which looks very cold-hearted to onlookers). Otherwise, he is fun-loving and energetic for something that fat/large. He is always open to cuddles and hugs if you are brave enough for one. He is well aware that he appears cute to many people and sometimes abuses it to score easy prey. his victims only add more padding to his huggable frame.

Terabyte does not consider anything he is doing to be hot or attractive and doesn't have the private parts to act on any sort of urge during a rampage.
However, he often approaches a certain level of sleazy mean-spirited talk when he feels accomplished about how much he has eaten (Things like "All those rhinos didn't last too long, shame they are extinct now so I can't get seconds... Uurrp")

He has a preference for eating computers because that is what he knows best, but he has ALMOST no aversion to eating anything. He does find it more rewarding to eat and digest inanimate objects because it is less normal to do and so he sees it as a testimate to his power. The one exception to what is fair game on his menu is birds because he has a soft spot for them. Being a feathered raptor, birds feel a little like family to him.

Digestive system

Terabyte does not have a digestive system past the stomach. His neck can stretch infinitely to accommodate for any size (he could technically swallow the earth whole while human-sized). His belly also stretches infinitely but he usually is not bloated with food for long. His stomach acids are unlike a normal animal. It is viscous and opaque like pudding and glows a piercing white. Sometimes the glow is visible from Tera's mouth when the digestive juices are really ramping up. As a rule of thumb, objects and animals the size of a microwave/dog or smaller get digested instantly upon contact with these digestive juices, and for every square foot of new mass, it takes an extra second to digest. These guidelines scale up relative to Terabyte's size, so if he was Godzilla-sized he would digest cars instantly. At that size, small animals would be digested just by making contact with the diluted digestive enzymes present in his saliva.

As a note, terabyte can be bloated with objects/prey if he eats enough food rapidly. Often his stomach won't be able to keep up with the amount of food piling up inside.

When something is digested, anything not converted into fat or energy is erased from existence rather than being expelled as waste. That erasure from existence can takes the form of being converted into a burp or fart, but often it's more unceremonious. What happens to the rest of the digested victim varies depending on individual image/story scenarios.

The dark version (default):
0-25% of the mass ingested is converted directly into fat and that's the end of it. Fatal, permanent, satisfying. This means to achieve large belly sizes, he has to eat much more than one might expect. Terabyte has the ability to change the "archival rate" for what he digests, meaning he can willfully make the conversion from mass-> fat 1 to 1 if he wanted to, but that reduces mobility and this dinosaur is on a quest to eat everything in existence.

The less dark version (if in the mood for something creative):
His fat stores serve as an archival system for whatever he eats, and therefore develops a digital predscape for everything that is digested and archived. Basically, that means that some of his prey will live on as sentient fat in a new universe that is being constructed from the things that he eats. The amount of prey that survives as sentient fat is based on the archival rate, meaning 25% of a city's population will become sentient fat if Tera is operating on a 25% archival rate.

Every orifice on his body leads to his belly (even if it doesn't make sense!) In addition to his mouth, he can ingest things through his anus, navel, and nostrils. His navel is the alternative vore strategy Terabyte will use the most, because sometimes its more efficient to shove in a skyscraper straight into the gut if his mouth is already full of semi-trucks.

Sometimes large burps and farts have the ability to melt nearby structures because of their pungent energy and he will occasionally use these as a poor-dino's atomic breath while rampaging a city.
