The children of the leader of the Shinko Were tribe that lies on an island just off the shores of Phaeorin in Agartha. These two are thick as thieves and you can usually find one not far from the other. Both are adept hunters and always make sure to pull their weight around their village.

Akira, the brother, is the older of the two by only a couple of years and so he is destined to become the head of his family's main branch. While his sister, Tonda, her responsibility will be two support him through the side branch of the family. And should Akira not be up to the task of leading the village it is Tonda's job to take his place.

When I was designing them I wanted their colours to be somewhat opposites which i think adds a nice contrast when you take their personalities into account too. Akira tends to be quiet and reserved, brooding at times, while Tonda is outgoing, peppy and joyful.

The Mark on Tonda's arm is the result of an encounter with a druid that lives in the depths of the island forest. One thing lead to another and Tonda ended up taking a punishment that was meant for her brother. But she deals with it and continues life with a smile, though Akira still blames himself for his sister's misfortunate.
