Hmm well I think both are a bit too bent, she would either extreme joint pain like me if I twisted my hips like that, (lol), or fall down. XD Her left leg is too angled. I think maybe you should have angled it a bit less. Same with her right, joint pain in hips. :C I think you should have put her leg more behind her ass. XDD Make the bottom of her leg show more, you know, instwead of the side more? God I suck at grammar, just tell me if you didn't understand that. XD;

Actually, the thumb looks fine to me. Unless she isn't double jointed in her thumbs, it's fine.
