So, I got my grubby little hands on two CDs. One called 'Thrill of the Feel' by Sons of Angels and the other a self titled album by Crush 40.

To those who don't know, Crush 40 is who Sons of Angels became.

They also consist of Jun Senoue and Johnny Gioeli.

Jun Senoue has been doing Sonic the Hedgehog music for years now.


So needless to say, while listening to these songs, all Carrie could see was Sonic. Every song reminds me of him. These albums are -brilliant-. I don't think I've ever heard a band who quite personifies carefree reckless FAST freedom like Crush 40. They cheer me up like nothing else. Just like Sonic always seems to manage to.

SO! While listening to her new treasures, Carrie is more than overwhelmed by the urge to draw something. Something that's ALL Sonic.

Totally digital. Done in just four hours in OpenCanvas 3. (Even I can't believe I did it that quick.) With much love and fangirling for the Blue Blur.

Because even though I fangirl over Shadow a lot.... The world just would not be the same without that little blue hedgie.
