Anyone who ever claimed that Xeno's are mindless, feral creatures with no dignity or class are SO VERY WRONG.
Monocle Alien proves you wrong.
Accept the facts and get over it.
Aliens are classy and stylish creatures, they just have a few silly quirks involving massacres or other unnecessary, indiscriminate and meaningless killing of numerous human beings or animals... but those are just small insignificant details.
Quibblers.

Cool, I run a full Khorne army along with a Grey Knights army and a Eldar army. I used to play Thousand Sons a long time ago when they were joyously overpowered, but I sold them off to a friend who added to his already large Chaos collection. He has around 18,000 points of Chaos without any upgrades.
Holy shit, the few units I have must look like scrap metal. Wish I had the time (and money) to spend, 'cause I'd be building my army like crazy. For now, I'm happy with the few random units I have collected thus far.
Maybe one day I can build an army and kick some serious ass. >D

I agree, also never try fighting Tau the first time. They are the most overpowered race ever put out by GW. I played a demo game for fun with them. I had 750 points of Tau and my opponent had 1250 points of chaos. His force of Chaos Space Marines actually outnumbered me. Guess what? I didn't loose a single model and I killed all of his units by turn 3. Thats why I rarely ever play against them, if ever. And If I do its with my Eldar.
I think I found the theme for this pic. XD

True... true... though I think that's merely a reference to their adaptability to new and foreign environments in order to survive. x3
I did read an article where was said that Alien originally had a civilization and even their own language and all. It came to an end when a cataclysmic event destroyed all adults of the species, leaving their young newborns without guidance, hence returning to the feral state we know.

Genderless.
Xenomorph reproduce through eggs, which are laid by a queen.
However, we don't know if there is a male or female sex in the race, that's all speculation.
In my opinion, the queen , even though the name may imply/suggest the female gender, is just an overgrown xenomorph with an egg laying tube/organ attached to it. :]
