Hehe, hey, looks who's back. It's Toranio the Flygon. Hehe, I haven't drawn this guy in awhile, so I figured why not. Toranio is...well, I can't really describe Tora. :XD: I mean, he's funny, goofy, silly, happy, joyful, brave...chubby, too. XP He's the one that influenced Pyrus, Drago, and Lex to fly upside-down. I kid you not. Also, as you can see, unlike other Flygons, Toranio's got orange on him. He usually wears a sapphire necklace, a blue buttoned shirt, and a blue wristband. Anyway, that's it.
