This is actually a very good reference sheet. Some things I really do like in it are the pronunciation of the name, the personality traits, and the standard measurements for areas like the neck. Not to mention the extra views of the head (what seems to be the most detailed area of him): Straight front, straight side, and two angled views. Very nicely done, mate!
