*The Mouse was left in tears by the end of the song. He was so full of Christmas spirit that he just wanted to rush on stage and give Sassy's leg a hug in appreciation for her delightful talents and her wish to share them with others. He satisfied himself with merely applauding for all he was worth. He was already generous and kind this time of year, but now he had that warmth to help him along*

*Even though it was not the first time that Sassy had approached him, she was no less lovely as her slender frame stood over him. He found that, despite her being much larger than he was and for what she was, he felt no fear or concern from her being so near. In fact, he felt nothing but a fondness for her, as he was sure most of her fans felt. She was so much more an angel than a demon in his eyes.

If the sight of her wasn't enough to calm him, her gentle lick upon his cheek sent a wave of warmth through his body, completing her charm. Her lick wasn't large, slobbery or excited as most Canines big or small but gentle, her small, slender togue making his legs weak beneath him as her sweet breath wafted over him like a warm calming blanket. He gave a smile as gentle as her lick, looking like all the world a humble creature before her as he held his paws to his chest.

"It is the least that I can do to show my appreciation for your performance, fair Sassy. I do try to come to all of your shows. Your voice, if a drink, would fill me like the reddest of wines. Not many Canines are as gentle as you are with us Mice and it is refreshing. Even though I may be small, I am still a true fan of yours."*
