Ditto used Possess
I got too friendly with another ditto and this happened...
Now he can hardly move and its all over him
How did it start? Well Strad tried to teach this ditto a TM mid-fight (it was transformed into a ghost type), and strangely enough Ditto learned it. After the trainers pokemon was defeated, ditto leveled up again (it didn't change back yet).
Oddly enough, a new move popped up on the pokedex. It was called possess, could be used 5 times, had an accuracy of 100, causes 0 damage, but temporarily renders the enemy as the trainers pokemon for the next 100 steps.
So, being greedy and a little curious, the Roo decided to teach Ditto Possess. After a few steps he ran into a wild pokemon... for the umpteenth time. He smiled as he found a test subject (level 35); a buizel. He hastily told ditto to use possess (he also taught it retain, which allows Ditto to uphold its transformation for 5 fights). Unfortunately, he tapped it twice. Breifly before he tapped it again he saw the options of who to possess

Before he even realized it he told ditto to possess him. The ghastly whipped around and shot toward its master with malicious intent. He barely blinked before it tackled his chest. A strange sensation covered his body as his own ditto took over his movements, making him white out.
When he woke up he found himself in this condition with his ditto coating him in itself. That's probably the last time he teaches a pokemon a move in battle.
