I'd been in a bit of a depressive slump lately. Motivation and drive to create outside work and even at times drive to create work slowed down horribly.

I felt like I had lost my touch and that I hadn't made anything I felt particularly proud of. Getting that feeling of "When was the last time you made anything?"

I felt drained, empty and past my prime.

I'm getting past that though. Because even though I feel like this I know I have a very long way to go as an artist and a person. And things have to get worse for them to get better.

Sometimes we all wear down and need time to rest and re-energize. So rest well, friends. You'll bounce back stronger.
