lol, inside joke, sorta. It's some idiot who spazzed out over someone's depiction of a character in stereotypical Huck Finn style Southern attire. He called it a redneck, and started sprouting off about politics, which just pissed everyone off, left and right. He also goes around posting useless comments on everything, and thinks he's some sort of "critic".
He's a real lulzcow.

At least we can agree on one thing, Ronin, cuz I don't like conservatives (or religious fanatics or theocratic morons) either. Also, what kind of truck? There are one's I like and don't like. Although trucks remain part of the redneck stereotype, people with trucks themselves are not rednecks.
Also, I believe Exkhaniber was referring more to semi-truckers, am I right?
