So I was bored and doodling different colors on a black background when I chose orange and was suddenly inspired to do something halloweenie.

So I drew up Pookie and gave her some flat colors. She's a witch or something I dunno. The dress she's wearing is from some book of lolitas my friend gave me (not the pedokind of lolis!) and I loved it, so I put it on her. The colors are different, though.
