I sketched out the pose of the woman when working on different ideas for my Nan's 1/2 birthday card. It was referenced from a 'How To Draw Female Manga Characters' book. :)

I decided to work on the sketch, and it turned into this. This is my new character, Araminta. She's based on mints. XD I know its a strange concept, but I love them, especially peppermint flavour. I also toyed with Pepper as a name. Perhaps that will be her nickname. She's a cat / fox hybrid of some variety. I also really wanted a character with different coloured fingers, ala Timon from 'The Lion King'. So, there's some meerkat in her too. ;)
