"I'm telling you, brother," Tim slapped another barrel magazine into his weapon, letting the other fall at his feet, "simple projectile guns are where it's at, especially for fucking drones."
The Lord Commander rolled his eyes in response and snarled as he shot down into the mass of chitinous bodies slowly encroaching their position. "So you keep telling me. I think," he paused to kick himself into the air and rain down more plasma fire onto the enemy, "you're just compensating for something."
"I'm a goddamned Sterilizer, you'd think I'd know what I'm- FUCK!" His sword came out, a red-hot edge cleaving nearly completely through the body of a flying drone who had gotten too close. "I know what I'm talking about."
"You've even got the fucking gigantic sword..." Thomas teased. "Time to step back, I think."
"Like you're even walking." The Lord Commander spared the Sterilizer a patronizing grin and merely hovered back, laying down covering fire. Tim rolled his eyes and bellowed at the horde over the sound of his pistol. "Come and get us, you fucking bug bastards!"
