WHO IS THIS GUY!?
lol for a background character he appears quite a lot in this show. he is even one of the first rats shown in the beginning intro dancing.
He appears to follow around jammet and an gang of rats getting into all sorts of trouble, most of it involves tormenting the presidents cats.
he also appears like all the other rats in the show to have a hate/dislike of roaches.
He assists jammet in the episode "the kilowatts riots" by plugging in a cord to a fan behind a sofa in the oval office after the power went out in the basement of the white house where all the rats reside.
He appears to be very loyal to jammet but can cause alot of trouble himself.
he is shown to get annoyed by the main protagonist max
