So I'm practicing human faces. I'm not terrible, but I'm refining things like gender, ethnic traits and aging - which is very difficult to do right. Any suggestions are welcome.

I don't see it. I mean, I probably incorporate a similar style of drawing features into male faces without realizing it. But this guy, his face is rounder, his nose is far more roman, his lips are fuller, his eyes are smaller, there's a lot of differences. It could just be how I draw.
