Another of the original founders of the IAWF, Sanya made her debut at 24 alongside her then-boyfriend and co-founder Junichiro. Hailing from Novosibirsk, she took on the simple stagename "Sanya of Siberia", portraying a cold, stoic and merciless tyrant who opposes Junichiro's character, the immortal hero Tattooman. In real life, Sanya, now 49, married and mother of 10 wonderful children, is the complete opposite, a warm, loving and generous lady who just happens to be a very good actress, just about the only thing she shares in common with Sanya of Siberia being a love of revealing outfits. To this day, she and Junichiro keep their scripted rivalry alive in the ring, coming up with new stories for their characters together--their current storyline involves Sanya seeking to siphon energy from other wrestlers to maintain her youth and strength, and Tattooman must put a stop to her evil plot!
