Age : Is unknown but more than likely in his Twenties

Personality : He's a mischievous prankster who loves to tease and run to explore the world. Despite his friendly outgoing personality because he isn't familiar with normal customs such as laws or regulations he is very off putting to people. For example while one person wouldn't mention things of taboo like cursing or vulgar behavior near a child who is young and within earshot Duster will and does without understanding as to why censorship is important. He's honest and blunt but always speaks his mind even when he shouldn't. This is what makes him often misunderstood and seen as a rather powerful but large annoyance that people can't get rid of. He is also highly impulsive hence the mischievous nature of this yokai.

Powers : He can phase through anything so long as he isn't trying to attack another person but only for a limited time. He can always float and fly about with no problems being a ghostly entity. His last ability is to drink magical tea cups which he throws and uses to fight enemies at times of trouble or of course to play a joke. Despite the large amount of power he does have however he avoids conflict and would rather disappear then to just fight.
