There's a certain appeal to it, but it's also a bit jarring... It's like the image was coloured regularly but the shading was painted. It gives the character (who is adorable, by the way) more depth, but I feel like there's a disconnect between the shading and the colours.

Basically the shading looks too detailed vs the rest of the image :P
