One of those nights when I felt like doing a request, and  tkdye was the first to jump in. He wanted a 70s TV show theme, which you have to admit fits the Newshounds universe like a glove.

A self-imposed two hour time limit to write and record and mix everything, though I went a few minutes over just to make things tidier and find the right sound effect. No autotune on the vocals; I made myself sing those notes! Fake orchestral brass ended up being very useful for a project like this, though in a perfect 70s universe there would have been a real brass section hired for this purpose. Oh, progress, I love and hate you.
