I did a comic series years ago called The Lie which featured a silver kangaroo and a platypus. Well, now I've been commissioned to draw them celebrating Christmas. The little joey shares his candy cane with Yumyum and Tumtum, the 2 mice while the platypus tries to figure out the connection between the nativity and the poem of Twas the Night Before Christmas.

By the way, I know that these characters live in Australia where it's summer during Christmas. maybe they're visiting up north here.
