I’m not body shaming you at all, but if you’re serious about working out, you might want to choose a path that avoids a place with cookies. Carry an apple with you. Or a bag full of chocolate chips. Find some that are like 80% coaca. Eating chocolate (real chocolate) is apparently found to have many health benefits, and one chocolate chip can power you for one mile... I call bullshit on that last thing, but I just read it somewhere. Get yourself a bag of mixed nuts and dried fruit (if you can stand it) and chocolate chips. Stop like every five minutes and take a breath and a bite. Pretty soon, you’ll be able to run for 10 minutes, then 15, and then who knows? You could run a whole marathon, and have a big bowl of healthy trail mix waiting for you as your reward. And the trophy of course. Don’t worry, there are cookies inside 😊
Oh and remember to drink plenty of water. When you get to the gym, always take a swig after each form of workout you do. I always start with 5 to 10 minutes on the treadmill. I usually do the stair-master next. After that it usually depends on my physical therapist.

No i completely understand xD im not obese or what people typically consider “fat” BUT i managed to gain 15-20lbs from college and its given me a bit of a tummy xD
I like to say im still proud of my body but doesnt mean i dont wanna atleast try to get better c: Appa’s and mine’s plan is to run to the gym, do our workout there and walk back (yes i know cookies arent goos but xD its the season. I want this rofl)
I want to actually be serious about this when we come back from our break c: my main issue is carbs. Been a bit better at not eating them tho im slacking with these cookies haha

There wouldn’t be anything wrong if you were fat, but I can understand wanting to eat better. Working out because you want to fit in with society’s sad pathetic notion of beauty is in itself sad and pathetic. Working out because you actually want to be healthier is a noble goal.
You can still have the cookies, just try to always pair them with something healthy. And if you can, always try to eat organic. Try not to eat fast food. Except Subway. Fuck Ronald McDonald straight in his goofy clown ass. Piss on the creepy Burger King. Taco Bell... well you’re a bell, and I’m sure your taco is way tastier than any of the slop they serve. Point is, try not to eat crap. Find some good healthy organic cookies and learn to love those.
Also, look up the cookbook ‘The Food You Want to Eat’ by Ted Allen. I’m sure you’ll find some tasty stuff in there. 😊
