Artist originally did this for inktober. Colored this some time ago but had to make totally sure two other furs weren't going to submit a coloration. (If they do it now, tough luck.) Furs can get antsy over these things; didn't expect the pic would be so popular.

Not much else to say there; character from some obscure Disney movie. He's being chased by some psychotic rabbit for buying some onions. I think. Honestly I don't know anyone who remembers the plot.
