Malacca City is one of the most historical places in Malaysia, it is where countless wars between sultanates, and the collonist from europe. When it was founded by Parameswara, a prince, it was hindu at first, then came the introduction of islam and the begining of the Malacca Sultanate. then it became one of the most busiest ports in south east asia where merchants from as far as arabia and Japan come to sell goods. Then the collonists came , the first were the Portugis which helped topple the Malacca sultanate, then the dutch took over and finally the british exchanced Bengkahulu in sumatra for Malacca and it became one of the straits settlements.
