HPA is one of the very, very few who are allowed to be this close to Pyrodrgn at any time. It still isn't so used to that though, but HPA can hug it sometimes without worry of being butchered or something for it.
As we can see, it clearly isn't very comfortable with it, but HPA isn't being set on fire so it evens out.

Lucky. I would love to hug anyone who's in a Pyro suit.
Also, I don't know why, but I just love how huge Kony draws his gloved hands. The way they can wrap around people's waists is nice.
