TOS:
Payment
-All prices are listed in USD, and all payments must be made in USD
-I currently accept PayPal (KlaoraCommissions@gmail.com) and direct payments through Square
-Payments made through PayPal must be done as "Services"
-Payment is due in full upfront, unless prior arrangement has been made for large amounts over 100 USD
-If after two weeks from commissioning me I still have not received payment, your commission will be cancelled and you will need to contact me again for another quote.

References
-Please provide clear and accurate references; 1-3 good images should be sufficient
-Please inform me of any discrepancies between your character and the reference(s), if applicable, as soon as possible. Failure to do so that results in multiple large edits may incur an additional fee.
-If your reference is text based, please keep it concise and focused on physical aspects

Process
-All art with the exception of Wing-it commissions will receive a sketch WIP. This is the time to ask me for large changes. Please have all of your suggested changes in one message. I will respond back with an edited sketch.
-After the image is finished, I will do small changes such as color correction, adding/editing small details, or fixing markings. Please have all of your suggested changes in one message.
-If an image requires excessive edits in the sketch stage or a major edit once completed, a small fee of 3-5 USD for each edit thereafter will incur unless the mistake was my fault.
-If your commission is traditional please be aware that changes will be much more difficult to do, if not impossible.


Cancelling and Refunds
-If no work has been completed on your commission, I will refund the full amount.
-If work has begun or the sketch approved, you will receive a refund based on how much work has been completed and the image in whatever state it is in.
-I reserve the right to cancel a commission any time for any reason if I feel I can no longer work on the image. A full refund will be given in the vast majority of cases regardless of how far along I am in the process. (Rare exceptions resulting in partial refunds include: Difficult clients that have received excessive edits, clients that wish to have the piece finished at a later time, and other circumstances that would require the situation to be taken into consideration.)
-Refunds are not available for completed work

Do
-Crop/Resize the image for an icon or avatar.
-Upload to your personal gallery with proper credit and a link back to me
-Print it out and hang it on your wall/fridge/etc.
-Use as a desktop wallpaper

Do not
-trace/recolor/edit
-Have someone else trace/recolor/edit
-Sell/profit off of my work
-Remove watermark/signature
-Post without credit

Other
-If you want your art in a short amount of time, a rush fee between 20-50% will be charged
-If you do not wish for your art to be portrayed in my gallery an extra fee of 15% will incur
-You will receive the high-res image through e-mail when applicable.
-Traditional art may be shipped to you for the price of postage
-This ToS may be modified at any time at my discretion.
-By commissioning me, you agree to abide by the ToS.
-You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.
-I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason and without explanation.
-Unless otherwise specified, your commission information will be public to others on my queue
