He molded and sculpted it, the chunk was were Hosho had been digested. Citro Formed it into a near perfect model of the wolf. He pulled out the scarf and wrapped it around it's neck.
Citro: Yess, Now then, to make it better~
With a quick zap from his tentacle, the Model, His eyes opened, glowing yellow, an antenna sprouted from it's forehead. It moved, and obeyed.
