Here's another oldie that I feel like putting up. This is, in short, a "map" of the forum I hang out most of the time, the Clockwork Mansion forum.

For those who do not know, Clockwork mansion is the forum for the discussion of such webcomics as Castlevania RPG and Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures. This is actually the second version of the map that I drew, the other being an attempt at a landscape picture that never quite panned out. If I find my old scan of it, I'll post it in my scraps so you can see it. This was basically me mapping the whole forum out for a second attempt at drawing the forum in a landscape, but it never worked out and here's the end result.

Now, that being said, there are a few problems with this map. First of all, there was never ANY planning involved as I drew it: aside from the influence from a pair of books I got as a kid that showed how castles and cities were built and designed, I really wasn't focused on realism in the design of the city. Secondly, it is now slightly out of date: we have a different moderator, and a new subforum has been added. Thirdly, my penmanship is terrible. I am intending to revisit this at some point and redesign the whole blasted thing, maybe even do some basic color, but at this point it's just a pipe dream. Anyway, enjoy.
